FILMEC's production lines are equipped with cutting-edge CNC machining centres and can execute modifications and assembly of moulds with excellent precision, cutting costs and production times and guaranteeing the customer a highly reliable result. Furthermore, the presence of specialist technical staff and our constant investment in sophisticated machinery and software allow for the rapid and economic creation of prototype moulds, thanks to which we can check the feasibility of the mould before moving on to final production.
To make our moulds we cooperate with producers abroad, carefully selected for their reliability and quality in manufacturing standards. China and Portugal are some of the countries we work with most frequently. FILMEC has an internal design team, where customers' ideas go through feasibility assessment, design, study, engineering, simulation and development to transform them into finished pieces, without neglecting the slightest detail.
